Management is a flat fee, not a percentage of spend, so our incentives stay aligned with your profit. Engagements run on a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.

Is ad spend included in the price?+
No — the retainer covers our creative and media management. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own accounts, so you keep full ownership and visibility. We manage for a flat fee rather than a percentage of spend, so we're never incentivised to inflate your budget.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of spend?+
Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards an agency for spending more of your money, whether or not it's profitable. A flat fee keeps us honest — we win by improving your blended efficiency, not by scaling spend for its own sake. Outcomes, not outputs.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
There's a 3-month minimum so the testing has room to compound, then it's month-to-month — no long lock-in. If we're not moving the numbers that matter, you shouldn't be tied in, and we'd tell you before you had to ask.
Can I start on creative only and add media later?+
Yes. Plenty of brands start on the Creative Engine, see the test velocity, and move up to Full-Funnel Growth once they want us steering the buying too. You can move between tiers as you scale.
