The places above, on what a month with us is like.

  • They come to the shop and shoot our desserts in our own cups and boxes, so every post looks like Bell’s. Every Monday the week’s posts come on WhatsApp, and nothing goes up until we’ve said yes. We just get on with the ice cream.

  • A hotel has a great deal to show: the rooms, the halls, the rooftop, the kitchen and Bellers. They take it one part at a time, every month, and the month’s plan comes to me on WhatsApp before anything is posted. They ask a lot of questions before every shoot, and I prefer it that way.

  • They film while we train: the classes, the coaches, members in the middle of a session. Every month the reels come back edited, in the same look, ready to go. All we do is post them.

  • I bring the question, and they take care of the rest: the light, the microphone, the captions and the cut. Whether we film at my clinic desk or in my kitchen, it still sounds like me. Nothing goes on my Instagram until I have seen it and said yes.

Cafés, jewellers, food brands and shops.

Work we’ve shot for other brands. You can book a shoot day on its own: $1,200 for up to eight hours at your place, 8 edited reels and 40 edited photos, cut into a month of posts.

At a jeweller’s we shoot with you there, and we never show the safe, the stock or the location tag unless you want them. At a boutique we shoot the clothes worn, not on a hanger, so a customer abroad can see how a suit falls.
