A website for a shop, a clinic, a hotel or a restaurant in Jalandhar can cost from under ₹5,000 to well over a lakh. The difference is mostly who writes the words, who designs it, and whose name it is in. Here is our price, before and with GST, what it includes, and the questions that make any two quotes comparable.
The short answer
Our prices, before and with GST:
| What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|
| A five-page website. Five pages, written, designed for phones first and built, live on your own domain. | ₹75,000 + 18% GST (₹88,500 with GST) |
| A full site, up to 12 pages. Room by room, dish by dish or service by service, each page with its own words. | ₹1,50,000 + 18% GST (₹1,77,000 with GST) |
| An extra page, written, designed and built like the rest. | ₹10,000 + 18% GST (₹11,800 with GST) |
| Five pages, paid monthly, for 12 months, with care included. | ₹7,500 a month + 18% GST (₹8,850 with GST): ₹90,000 + 18% GST (₹1,06,200 with GST) in all |
| Care, after any site we build: updates, fixes and small changes, every month. Stop it with a month’s notice. | ₹4,000 a month + 18% GST (₹4,720 with GST) |
These prices are for a business based in India and selling in India. The site is always yours, and it stays online if you stop. A written quote within one working day sets out what your site includes and its price.
Rupee prices are before GST. Most GST-registered businesses can claim it back; a clinic, a restaurant on 5% GST or a shop on the composition scheme usually can’t, so for them the price with GST is the real price.
Selling abroad from Jalandhar? A business that sells outside India is quoted in US dollars: websites in US dollars.
What is in the price
- The words, written for you. From a short chat with you, in plain English. You approve every line before it goes live.
- Designed for phones first. Most of your customers open it on a phone, so that comes first. Then laptops.
- Buttons that work. WhatsApp and call on every page, and directions if customers come to you, each one tried before launch.
- Ready for Google. Page titles, a sitemap, and your Google listing linked to the site.
- Yours, on your own domain. Set up in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
- No template. Designed for your place, and built by Aditya himself.
Photographs are separate. Amulya can shoot your place for the site on a shoot day, ₹40,000 + 18% GST from March to October or ₹47,500 + 18% GST from November to February, and the same day can give you reels for Instagram.
The steps, and when you pay
- A chai, or a call. We come to your place, within an hour of Phagwara, before anything is paid. Or we talk on the phone.
- Within one working day, a written quote: what your site includes and its price. You pay in steps, never all of it up front.
- Within 10 working days, the Site plan: 10% of the quote, ₹7,500 for five pages or ₹15,000 for a full site, + 18% GST. Every page, what each one says, and your home page’s first words, in writing. If it isn’t with you within 10 working days, its fee comes back in full. If it’s no use to you, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and its fee comes back in full, once per business.
- Design, then build. 40% of the quote, less the Site plan’s fee, books the build: ₹22,500 for five pages, or ₹45,000 for a full site, + 18% GST. Another 40% when you approve the design: ₹30,000 or ₹60,000, + 18% GST.
- Launch. The last 20%: ₹15,000 or ₹30,000, + 18% GST. We put it live, try every button, and link it to your Google listing.
Most sites take six to nine weeks from the Site plan to launch, including your review time. Paid monthly instead, ₹6,250 + 18% GST of each payment pays for the build and ₹1,250 + 18% GST for care. If you stop before month 12, what is left of the build is due: ₹75,000 less ₹6,250 for each month paid, + 18% GST, and the site stays yours. The terms.
The websites we have built
We have built two websites, and both are live: The Grand Ambassador, a hotel in Phagwara, with its rooms, dining, weddings and events and booking one tap away, most of its photographs shot by Amulya; and a licensed immigration adviser’s practice in New Zealand. We haven’t built a site for a business in Jalandhar yet, so judge us on these. Open them on your phone.

Cheaper websites, and what to ask
On 4 October 2026, five-page websites advertised by studios within about an hour of Phagwara started at ₹4,999 and ₹8,750. We don’t name them, and their prices may have changed since. Whatever the price, ask:
- Which pages are included, and what does an extra one cost?
- Who writes the words?
- Is it a template, and can it be changed later without you?
- Whose name will the domain and the hosting be in?
- What does a change cost after launch?
- Is GST on top of the price?
A builder who answers all six in writing, before you pay anything, is one you can compare fairly with the others. That includes us.
