Websites · outside India

Websites for businesses where the sale still happens on a phone call.

Aditya Vashistha designs, writes and builds the whole site, so a stranger trusts you enough to pick up the phone. One person does all of it, one site at a time, for one fixed price: US$7,500 for up to 12 pages, with every word written for you.

We talk on video before you pay anything.

Calls on weekdays, 15:30–19:00 India time, plus Tuesday and Thursday 06:00 and Thursday 19:30. All call times

The work

Live sites, and why each thing is where it is.

We don’t promise enquiries or rankings, and we have no before-and-after figures, so we show none. These are the first two websites Aditya built for clients. There is no client yet in the UK or North America: the founding places are for the first three.

NZ Visa Immigration Services’ website on a phone: “Straight answers on your New Zealand visa, from a licensed adviser”, with the adviser’s licence number

Licensed immigration adviser · New Zealand

NZ Visa Immigration Services

  • Words
  • Design

A licensed adviser, up against unlicensed agents who promise outcomes. So the licence number sits near the top of the home page, beside the adviser’s name, one tap from the public register, and nothing on the site promises an outcome.

Most bookings start with a phone call or a WhatsApp message, often from family abroad. So the site was built for the call, not against it: call, WhatsApp or the hotel’s own booking page, and every one of them direct.

I was expecting to spend the whole time explaining what an adviser is not allowed to say. I did not have to. Aditya had read the rules before the first call, and the site he wrote puts my licence number where anyone can check it in one tap, rather than burying it in a footer. Twelve pages, eight working days, and he was a day early.

The one thing I would say to anyone else: he will ask you a lot of questions at the start, and the whole schedule depends on you answering them quickly.

Sakshi Vij Sekhon · Licensed immigration adviser, NZ Visa Immigration Services, TaurangaDrafted by Aditya from the project record. The adviser chose this version and approved it in .

What I liked is that he came and saw the property first, and then wrote the site around what is actually here — the banquet hall, Bellers, the rooftop, the rooms. He did not use stock photographs. When I asked for changes he made them the same week. For any hotel owner in Punjab thinking about this, that is the part that matters.

Gurkirat Khurana · Owner, The Grand Ambassador, PhagwaraDrafted by Aditya from the project record. The owner chose this version and approved it in .

The price

US$7,500, fixed.

The whole website: structure, words, design and build. One fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts.

No hourly rate. Up to 12 pages, listed in your Site plan; an extra page is US$400, writing included. Most sites take six to nine weeks from the Site plan to launch, including your review time.

For comparison, a regional agency in the UK quotes £3,000–8,000 (Expertsure, August 2026), and the writing is often extra. Here every word is included. What a website costs, and why

Not with you within 10 working days? The US$750 comes back in full. If the Site plan is no use to you, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and the US$750 comes back in full. Once per business.

If Aditya can’t visit, he asks you to walk him round your premises on video first. Stop part-way and you pay for the work done to date; everything you have paid for is yours.

Founding places: 3 of 3 left

For the first three clients outside India from October 2026, who agree to be a named case study and to take one reference call. You pay less before you see the design, and more when the site is live: US$750 for the Site plan, US$750 to book the build, US$3,000 when you approve the design and US$3,000 at launch. The price and the work are the same.

We change this number by hand the day a place is taken. Last changed 26 September 2026.

How you pay

An ordinary bank transfer in your own currency (US dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian dollars and more) to a local account in your country; no international wire. Or by Wise. In New Zealand and the Gulf, you pay in US dollars by bank transfer or Wise.

Your price in your currency is fixed on the day you sign. Outside India there is no GST: the invoice is in your own currency, with no Indian tax added. Paying from abroad, in the terms

The risks, answered

What if…

I hate the design?

You don’t pay the design payment: it comes only when you approve. What you have paid so far buys the Site plan and the words written so far, and you keep both, to take to someone else if you like. We’d rather lose the build than argue you into a design you don’t want.

You’re ill, or you disappear?

One person is one person, and that is a real risk. What we can do is make it recoverable. Your domain and every file are yours from the first day, and the site is plain HTML and CSS that any competent developer can pick up. If Aditya cannot work for more than five working days in a row, we tell you the same day, and the dates move day for day.

You’re in India. What if it goes wrong?

Then what protects you is the order of the payments. You never pay for a stage before the one before it is in your hands: before you see a design you have paid US$3,000 (US$1,500 on a founding place), and every stage you have paid for is yours to keep. If the Site plan is late, the US$750 comes back in full. If we miss a date by more than 10 working days, you may end the agreement and pay nothing more.

I want to stop part-way?

Tell us in writing. You pay for the work done to date, and everything you have paid for is yours once that payment reaches us.

Who owns it at the end?

You do. When your final payment reaches us, we assign to you all rights in the finished website, including copyright. Your domain and every file are yours from the first day. The hosting goes into your name at launch.

A date slips because of us?

If we miss a date by more than 10 working days for reasons within our control, you may end the agreement, pay nothing more and keep everything done so far.

The limit
Each of us is liable to the other for no more than the fees paid under the agreement. That limit never applies to fraud.
The law
For a business outside India, the agreement is governed by the law of the place where your business is. If we can’t settle a disagreement between ourselves within 15 working days, either of us may take it to the courts there or in Punjab.

Who you’d be working with.

Aditya Vashistha and Navneet Kaur, at night in a garden strung with small lights: Aditya bearded, in a beige knit polo

Aditya Vashistha

websitesAditya, left, with Navneet Kaur

Aditya reads the rules your business works under and asks how your phone gets answered. He decides every word and checks every line, and every site is custom-coded, with no page builder. Nothing goes live that you haven’t read.

He keeps fixed website hours, about 19 hours a week, and takes one site at a time. Nothing is subcontracted, except a translation into another language, which a professional translator does.

GrowMint Media is three people in Phagwara, Punjab: Navneet Kaur looks after clients and ads, Amulya Vashistha photo, film and brand, and Aditya builds the websites. It is a sole proprietorship registered for GST in India, and Aditya is its proprietor. Until October 2026 his websites were sold as quietlybuild; the business behind them was always GrowMint Media. More about us

Check us before you pay

  1. See Aditya. On video, before you pay anything.
  2. Ask our clients.

The New Zealand practice will tell you what it was like, and the adviser’s licence is on New Zealand’s public register. For the hotel, we ask its owner first.

  3. Check the work is ours.

The hotel’s live site credits the build in its footer.

  4. Check the registration.

Every invoice carries GrowMint Media’s GST number and Aditya’s legal name as proprietor. The GST portal’s public search shows the business the number belongs to.

Questions

The ones we actually get.

I’ve never met you and you’re thousands of kilometres away. Why would I send you money?

You will have met Aditya first: we talk on video before any money moves. Then the first payment is US$750, for a Site plan in writing within 10 working days: yours to keep, and credited in full to the build if you book it within six months. If it is not with you within 10 working days, the US$750 comes back in full. You read the plan before you book the build, and see the design before you pay for it. The New Zealand practice will tell you what it was like.

Who actually does the work?

Aditya Vashistha: the structure, the words, the design and the code, one site at a time. He decides every word and checks every line. Nothing is subcontracted, except a translation into another language, which a professional translator does.

Has anyone paid US$7,500?

Not yet. The two sites on this page were built for much less, as first projects. US$7,500 is the price for everyone from now on.

How long does it take, and what do you need from me?

Most sites take six to nine weeks from the Site plan to launch, including your review time. The Site plan comes within 10 working days. After that, the written agreement gives a date for each stage, and they are dates you can hold us to. They assume your answers reach us within three working days, and move day for day if they take longer. Every Friday, you get a short written note of what was done and what’s next. We need the call, answers to our questions, about 40 minutes walking Aditya round on video if he can’t visit, and your corrections on the words. You don’t write copy or fill in a content form.

We already have a website. What happens to it, and to our email?

Your old site stays as it is until the day we switch, at the quietest time we can agree on, and you keep its plan until 30 days after launch, so we can switch back if anything goes wrong. Your email stays where it is: on the day, we change only the records that point your domain at the new site, and we test mail in and out.

Will people still find the pages they find today?

We list the addresses your old site has, from its sitemap, a crawl and, where you have it, Google’s record of your site. Each one that has a new page is sent on to it. The rest are listed for you before launch, so you decide what goes.

You can’t visit us. How will you know the place?

You walk Aditya round it on a video call, and he asks what someone walking in for the first time would ask. He writes your site from what he sees. He takes notes and a few still pictures of empty rooms for his own reference; the call itself isn’t recorded unless you say yes first.

Do I pay GST, or any Indian tax?

No. Outside India, you pay the price in your own currency, with no GST and no other Indian tax added. Any tax in your own country is for your accountant: a business customer in the United Kingdom, for one, accounts for any UK VAT itself, under the reverse charge.

When could you start?

Ask on the call. Aditya gives you a real start date there, and the Site plan starts once the US$750 has cleared.

Is quietlybuild.in still you?

Yes. quietlybuild was the name Aditya’s websites went by until October 2026. Its address now leads here: the same work, the same person and the same terms, sold by GrowMint Media, the registered business it always belonged to.

Or start here, free

A free site review: three changes, in writing.

Send us your website. Aditya will tell you three things he’d change.

He opens it on a phone and reads it the way a stranger would. Usually within one working day you get the three changes he’d make first, in writing, yours to keep whether or not we ever work together. While he’s building a site he takes two reviews a week; if yours has to wait, we tell you the day it will come.

  • No brief and no budget needed.
  • If your site is already fine, he’ll say so.
  • No follow-up sequence. If you don’t reply, that’s the end of it.

Nothing is sent from this page. Your email opens with the message written, and you press send. How your details are handled.

Begin

Tell us about the business, not the website.

What you sell, who rings you, what they ask before they trust you. Tell us on a call or in writing, and we’ll tell you what the site should be, and whether you need one at all.
