Monthly plans (Film, Launch, Grow and Scale)

Every plan is month to month. There is no lock-in and no minimum term: tell us before your next billing date and the month simply finishes.

Month one is paid in two halves: half before the shoot, half when you approve the first posts. If after two rounds of changes they’re still not right for you, you don’t owe the second half, and you keep what we’ve made. Outside India, with no shoot: half when you send the first footage, half when you approve the first posts. If the plan isn’t earning its fee by day 30, stop: there’s nothing more to pay, and you keep every account, file and login. Day 30 is judged on the first report: messages and calls from Instagram and Google, direction requests, and for a hall, date enquiries. On Film, you judge it on the reels themselves.

Add-ons (Facebook, a second branch or ads on Launch; extra reels on Film) are monthly too, at the prices on the prices page, and stop when you say. If we ever have to move a shoot, we rebook it within the week.

Your advertising budget is separate from our fee, is paid by you directly to Google and Meta from your own accounts, and carries 0% markup: none of it touches us. The fee on the prices page is the fee; rupee prices are before GST.

One-off projects (shoot days, brand identity, ads setup)

Fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. Every deliverable is made in your name, in your accounts: you own the result outright, whether or not we ever work together again.

Genuinely free: no payment, no obligation and no call required. Within 48 hours of receiving your link, we send a short screen recording and three fixes in writing. You keep both either way.

Ownership, always

Every account, asset, login and file created for you is created in your name and belongs to you from day one. If we part ways, we hand over anything in flight. There is nothing we can hold hostage, by design.

Payments

India is billed in rupees (UPI, bank transfer or cheque), with 18% GST added and shown on the invoice; international clients in US dollars by invoice, with no GST. Cheques are made out to GrowMint Media, the name on our invoice. Every invoice carries our GST number. After month one, monthly plans are billed in advance. One-off projects are paid before work starts. Every price is confirmed in writing before anything begins.

The boring-but-honest part

GrowMint Media is a two-person studio established in 2026, based in Phagwara, Punjab. We don’t guarantee rankings, follower counts or revenue figures; anyone who does is selling you weather. What we guarantee is the work as described, the terms on this page, and a monthly report that tells you the truth. If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
