Shot by us, every month

How it works

  1. TodayYou send us your Instagram

Or your Google listing, ads or website. A WhatsApp message is enough.

  2. NextWe look at it like a customer

On a phone, in a hurry, the way the people nearby see you.

  3. Within 48 hoursYou get three fixes back

A short screen recording, and the three fixes in writing.

What comes back

Three fixes. Never ten, never a lecture.

Things you can act on this week, whether we ever work together or not.

  • A short screen recording

We go through your Instagram, your Google listing and your site on a phone, like a customer in a hurry, and talk you through what we see.

  • Three fixes in writing

For each one: what we saw, what it’s costing you, and what to do first. Plain words, no jargon.

A sample · made up for this page

Meet The Copper Spoon, a café that doesn’t exist.

We invented it, so nothing here is a real client’s. Here’s its audit, in the same shape yours comes back in: the Instagram, the Google listing and the website.

Fix 1Instagram

The grid is posters, not the place.

What we saw
Six of the last nine posts are offer posters with words all over them. The other three are coffee pictures that could be any café. Nothing shows the room, the food as it really comes out, or the people.
What it’s costing
Someone choosing where to go tonight gives the grid a few seconds. Posters tell them there’s a deal. They don’t make anyone want to walk in.
What to do first
Post the place: the room when it’s half full, the dishes as they leave the kitchen, the team at the counter. Keep the offers for stories.
The Bellers dining room: red booths, blue velvet chairs and the lit bottle wall
Reel: espresso, steamed milk and latte art, carried to a table
A gloved hand setting down a platter of pasta, grilled chicken and vegetables under a warm light
In the pictures: the Bellers lounge, coffee carried to a table and a platter going down, shot for The Grand Ambassador. The kind of post we mean.

Fix 2Google listing

The listing says you’re closed.

What we saw
Google says the café is closed on Sundays, but it opens at noon. The only recent photo was taken by a customer and shows an empty room. The reviews have no replies.
What it’s costing
Google is where people check before they leave the house. “Closed” on a Sunday sends a family somewhere else, and they never find out you were open.
What to do first
Fix the hours, holidays included. Add a few real photos of the food and the room. Reply to every review, the good and the bad, in a line or two.

Fix 3Website

The menu opens as a PDF.

What we saw
Tap “Menu” and the phone downloads a PDF made for A4 paper. It opens zoomed out, and you pinch and drag to find the paneer.
What it’s costing
The menu is what most people come to a café’s site for. If they can’t read it in a moment, they close it and open the next place.
What to do first
Put the menu on the page as plain text, with prices, so it reads on any phone. Keep the PDF as a link for printing.

We don’t build or look after websites. quietlybuild.in does.
