They come to the shop and shoot our desserts in our own cups and boxes, so every post looks like Bell’s. Every Monday the week’s posts come on WhatsApp, and nothing goes up until we’ve said yes. We just get on with the ice cream.

A hotel has a great deal to show: the rooms, the halls, the rooftop, the kitchen and Bellers. They take it one part at a time, every month, and the month’s plan comes to me on WhatsApp before anything is posted. They ask a lot of questions before every shoot, and I prefer it that way.

They film while we train: the classes, the coaches, members in the middle of a session. Every month the reels come back edited, in the same look, ready to go. All we do is post them.

I bring the question, and they take care of the rest: the light, the microphone, the captions and the cut. Whether we film at my clinic desk or in my kitchen, it still sounds like me. Nothing goes on my Instagram until I have seen it and said yes.

Month one is paid in two halves: half before the shoot, half when you approve the first posts. If after two rounds of changes they’re still not right for you, you don’t owe the second half, and you keep what we’ve made. If it isn’t earning its fee by day 30, stop, and keep everything we made.
