What we collect

The audit form. When you ask for the free audit on this site, we receive what you type. Two things are needed: your WhatsApp number, and your Instagram handle, Google listing or website. The rest is up to you: your name, your business, your email, what’s hurting most, a note, and whether you’d like the field notes. With it, the form sends four things about your visit, so we know how you found us: the page you sent it from, the site that sent you here, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the first page you opened on this site. Formspree delivers the form to us and processes it on our behalf.

We use your WhatsApp number, and your email if you give one, to send you the audit and one check-in a few days later. If you tick the field notes, we add your email to that list too.

The field notes. If you sign up for our field notes on an Insights page, your email address is stored and the emails are sent by MailerLite, our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

WhatsApp, phone and email. If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we see what you send. WhatsApp and your email provider handle their side under their own terms.

Visiting the site. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve the pages and reads the country you’re in, so we can show prices in rupees or US dollars. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. When you tap WhatsApp or the phone number, send the audit form or sign up for the field notes, the page also tells our own server which of those it was and on which page, so we can count them. That signal carries nothing about you, and it isn’t stored.

What stays in your browser

There are no cookies on this site. The site keeps four small notes in your own browser’s storage: the first page you opened here (it only reaches us if you send the audit form); for this visit only, which country you’re in, so prices show in rupees or US dollars; and, also for this visit only, whether you switched the page to light or dark, and whether you paused the moving pictures. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes all of it.

The fonts, photographs and films on this site all come from our own server. Nothing loads from Google, Meta or any advertising company.

What we do with it

• Reply to you, prepare your audit, and, if we work together, do the work.
• Send the field notes, if you asked for them.
• Nothing else. No selling, no renting, no “partners”, no cold lists.

What we don’t do

• No cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
• No newsletters you didn’t ask for.

Keeping and deleting

We keep messages and form replies for as long as they’re useful for the work. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, promptly: info@growmintmedia.in.
