What you would sign

A specimen scope.

This is the part of the agreement that says what you are buying: the pages, what each one has to do, the dates and the payments. It is filled in here for a business that does not exist. Yours is written from our call and your Site plan, and you read it twice before you sign.

Specimen

Invented, all of it

Hartley & Crane Solicitors, its partners and its address are made up, as are the example domain and the exchange rate. No figure here is a quote, a result or a client’s.

S1.3 and S1.4 · Included, and not

Included: the Site plan, already delivered; all of the writing, from our call and your answers; design for desktop and phone, every page above; the build, custom-coded, on your domain; speed, and what search engines check; a shot list for your photographer; two rounds of changes on the design, two on the build; thirty days of fixes and small changes after launch.

Not included: photography, stock images and paid fonts; domain and hosting bills, paid to them directly; your privacy and complaints text, which you supply; databases, logins or online payments (linking the booking system or client portal you already use is included, as a link or button that opens it); Care after the 30 days, unless you choose it.

S1.5 · The dates

Build starts16 November 2026Once the booking payment has cleared.
Design approved4 December 2026You approve it in writing, and the design payment is invoiced.
Live18 December 2026On your domain; the launch payment is invoiced the same day.

Example dates, invented: six weeks from the Site plan to launch. Most sites take six to nine weeks from the Site plan to launch, including your review time. The dates assume your answers reach us within three working days at each stage. Later than that, every date after it moves by the same number of days.

S1.6 and S1.7 · What you give us, and the portfolio

Answers to our questions, and your corrections to the words, within three working days at each stage; the firm’s name as it is lettered on the sign; photographs of both partners and of the front door, from our shot list, before the design is approved; the facts only you can confirm (your SRA number and the register link, your fees and disbursements, your hours); and access to your domain registrar now, and to your hosting account by launch, through logins of your own. For the portfolio you tick one: no; yes, with our name and a link, once the site is live; or yes, without our name. Saying no changes nothing else.

S2 · Price and payment

US$7,500, fixed, for the whole site. In pounds: £5,670.00, fixed on 12 November 2026, the day you signed, at US$1 = £0.7560 (an invented rate). Every invoice is in pounds, and after that day the amounts do not move with the exchange rate.

How you pay: an ordinary bank transfer in pounds to GrowMint Media’s local account in the UK; no international wire. Or by Wise. The details come with each invoice, and only with it.

Before you pay. Payment details only ever come from aditya@growmintmedia.in, and they never change by email. If a message says they have, WhatsApp me before you pay.

For GrowMint Media: Aditya Vashistha, proprietor, signed by hand, Phagwara, Punjab. For the client: a partner of Hartley & Crane, someone with authority to sign, by hand or online.

Read it twice. What to check before you sign.

  1. Every page in your Site plan is in S1.2.

Each with what it has to do.

  2. A date is written against each stage in S1.5.

And you can hold us to it.

  3. The price in your currency is written in S2.

And the four payments add up to it.

  4. Who signs on each side.

For us, GrowMint Media (proprietor Aditya Vashistha).

  5. The clauses around it.

What you own, stopping part-way, and the rest, as the terms set them out.
