A hotel’s Instagram has more to show than a café’s: rooms, halls, a restaurant or a bar, sometimes a rooftop. Here is what it costs to have it shot, posted and answered every month, what each price includes, and what to ask anyone you compare us with.
The short answer
Our prices for new clients, before and with GST:
| What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|
| Grow. A full shoot day at your hotel every month, then 8 reels, 16 posts and 16 stories a month on two accounts; 40 edited photos; comments, messages and Google reviews answered every weekday; your Google listing kept up to date; Google and Meta ads run for you; and a report on the last Friday. | ₹55,000 a month + 18% GST (₹64,900 with GST) |
| Scale. Two shoot days a month, then 12 reels, 24 posts and 24 stories on up to four accounts; 80 edited photos; larger ad campaigns and a growth sprint every quarter; Google listings for up to three branches. | ₹95,000 a month + 18% GST (₹1,12,100 with GST) |
| A shoot day on its own, if you’d rather post yourselves: up to eight hours at your hotel, 8 edited reels and 40 edited photos. | ₹40,000 + 18% GST (₹47,200 with GST); ₹47,500 + 18% GST (₹56,050 with GST) from November to February |
Grow is the plan we made for a hotel with steady footfall; Scale, for a banquet hall, or three or more branches. On both, the ad budget is yours, paid straight to Google and Meta, and none of it passes through us. Most local places start with ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 a month.
Rupee prices are before GST. Most GST-registered businesses can claim it back. Your CA will know.
What the money buys at a hotel
- A shoot day at your hotel, every month. We plan it with you first, a part at a time: the rooms, the halls, the restaurant or the bar, the outside at the hour it looks right.
- Every reel edited by hand. Amulya shoots it, cuts it and sets its colour himself.
- Nothing goes out without your yes. Navneet plans the month with you, and every Monday the week’s posts come to you on WhatsApp first.
- Comments, messages and Google reviews answered, every weekday.
- Your ads run for you, on Google and Meta, from your own ad account.
- Everything in your name. Every account, file and login, from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
- Month to month, with no setup fee. Month one is paid in two halves: half before the shoot, half when you approve the first posts. If after two rounds of changes they’re still not right for you, you don’t owe the second half, and you keep what we’ve made.
On a monthly plan, reels are counted month by month: any you don’t use don’t roll over to the next month. The shoot rules.
The hotel we post for now
The Grand Ambassador is a hotel in Phagwara, with its bar, Bellers. Every month we shoot a part of it (the rooms, the halls, the bar and the kitchen) and run the hotel’s Instagram, @thegrandambassador, which is public, so you can judge the work yourself before you talk to us. We built the hotel’s website too: how it was built.
All of the hotel’s work, month by month
What the hotel pays stays between the hotel and us; yours would be the price above. Want to see a real monthly report? Ask on WhatsApp. With that client’s OK, we’ll send you one.
How it starts
- Send us your hotel’s Instagram on WhatsApp, or through the audit form. Within 48 hours you get three fixes back, with a short screen recording and a one-page 30-day plan, free and yours to keep.
- Meet us first, if you like. We come to your hotel, within an hour of Phagwara, for a chai before anything is paid.
- One page and an invoice. Prices are confirmed in writing before anything starts.
- Week one: the shoot day. Then the month’s plan, on WhatsApp, for your yes.
- Last Friday: the report: what we made and posted, and the calls, direction requests and messages your own Instagram and Google dashboards show; with the ads, what each result cost.
Other ways to do it, and what to ask
On 4 October 2026 we read the public prices of studios within about an hour of Phagwara. Most publish none. One Jalandhar studio lists monthly social media plans from ₹5,000; its ₹6,000 and ₹10,000 plans carry one to three reels, with no shoot. We don’t name it, and its prices may have changed since. A hotel can also book a shoot day on its own and post the reels itself.
Whoever you talk to, ask the same five questions, and get the answers in writing:
- Will you shoot at my hotel, and how often?
- How many reels, posts and photos a month?
- Whose account is the ad budget paid from?
- Whose name are the account, the files and the ad account in?
- Is there a lock-in, and is GST on top of the price?
