People join a gym they can picture themselves in. That is why we film real sessions: the classes, the coaches and members in the middle of a workout. Here is what it costs to have them shot and edited every month, before and with GST, and what comes back.
The short answer
Our prices for new clients, before and with GST:
| What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|
| Film. A two-hour shoot at your gym every month, 4 edited reels and 5 edited photos. You post them. | ₹12,500 a month + 18% GST (₹14,750 with GST) |
| Launch. The shoot, then 4 reels, 8 posts and 8 stories a month on one account, posted and answered for you. | ₹25,000 a month + 18% GST (₹29,500 with GST) |
| Grow. A full shoot day every month, 8 reels and 16 posts on two accounts, and Google and Meta ads run for you. | ₹55,000 a month + 18% GST (₹64,900 with GST) |
On Grow, or with ads added to Launch, the ad budget is yours, paid straight to Google and Meta; none of it passes through us. Most local places start with ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 a month.
What we film at a gym
- Members’ sessions. One member, one session, cut to a rhythm. The machines are the set.
- Classes. Dance, Pilates and group classes, filmed while they run.
- Coaches at work. A coach spotting and adjusting a member: the care, on camera.
Amulya films while people train, then edits every reel in the same look every month, so the feed looks like one gym.
The gym we film every month
That gym is Oxen Fitness. Every month we shoot and edit its reels, and Oxen posts them: the gym, the classes and the café, in the same warm grade every month. Film is how we work with Oxen, made into a plan you can book.
What Oxen pays stays between Oxen and us.
How it starts
- Send us your gym’s Instagram on WhatsApp, or through the audit form. Within 48 hours you get three fixes back, with a short screen recording and a one-page 30-day plan, free and yours to keep.
- Ask whether there’s a place on Film this month, and we’ll tell you straight.
- Week one: the shoot, while people train.
- The Monday after: the first reels reach you, each with 2 rounds of changes.
Month one is paid in two halves: half before the shoot, half when you approve the first posts. If after two rounds of changes they’re still not right for you, you don’t owe the second half, and you keep what we’ve made. On Film, you judge it on the reels themselves.
What else it could cost
On 4 October 2026 we read the public prices of studios within about an hour of Phagwara. Most publish none. One Jalandhar studio’s published monthly plans start at ₹5,000; its ₹6,000 and ₹10,000 plans carry one to three reels, with no shoot. We don’t name it, and its prices may have changed since.
Whoever films for you, ask who shoots, who edits, how many reels a month, how many rounds of changes, and whose name the files are in.
