A café’s Instagram has three jobs: pictures that make someone want to walk in, posts that keep coming in the busy weeks, and messages answered the same day. Here is what that costs with a shoot at your café every month, what each price includes, and what to ask anyone you compare us with.
The short answer
Our prices for new clients, before and with GST:
| What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|
| Film. A two-hour shoot at your café every month, 4 edited reels and 5 edited photos for Google, Zomato and your menu. You post them. | ₹12,500 a month + 18% GST (₹14,750 with GST) |
| Launch. The same two-hour shoot, then 4 reels, 8 posts and 8 stories a month on one account, usually Instagram; comments, messages and Google reviews answered every weekday; your Google listing kept up to date; 20 edited photos; and a plain report on the last Friday. | ₹25,000 a month + 18% GST (₹29,500 with GST) |
| Add to Launch: Facebook as a second account. | ₹3,000 a month + 18% GST |
| Add to Launch: a second branch, with its own Google listing kept up to date. | ₹5,000 a month + 18% GST |
| Add to Launch: ads run for you on Google and Meta. | ₹9,000 a month, plus 10% of your monthly ad spend above ₹60,000, + 18% GST |
Launch is the plan we made for one café or shop.
Rupee prices are before GST. A café or restaurant on 5% GST usually can’t claim it back, so for you the price with GST is the real price. Your CA will know.
A bigger café, busy some days and too quiet on others, may want Grow: ₹55,000 a month + 18% GST (₹64,900 with GST), with a full shoot day every month, 8 reels and 16 posts on two accounts, and Google and Meta ads run for you.
What the money buys at a café
- A shoot at your café, every month. Camera, lights and mics come to you in week one, and we shoot what people come for: the counter, the food being made, the drinks being poured, the room.
- Every reel edited by hand. Amulya shoots it, cuts it and sets its colour himself.
- Nothing goes out without your yes. Navneet plans the month with you, and every Monday the week’s posts come to you on WhatsApp first.
- The words written for you. Every caption in your voice, sent to you with its post.
- Everything in your name. Every account, file and login, from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
- Month to month, with no setup fee. Month one is paid in two halves: half before the shoot, half when you approve the first posts. If after two rounds of changes they’re still not right for you, you don’t owe the second half, and you keep what we’ve made.
On a monthly plan, reels are counted month by month: any you don’t use don’t roll over to the next month. The shoot rules.
The café we post for now
Bell’s Ice Cream Gallery is an ice cream parlour in Phagwara. Every month we shoot the month’s flavours in the shop, post them and answer the comments. Its Instagram, @bellsicecreamgallery, is public, so you can judge the work yourself before you talk to us.
All of Bell’s work, with the reels
What Bell’s pays stays between them and us; yours would be the price above. Want to see a real monthly report? Ask on WhatsApp. With that client’s OK, we’ll send you one.
How it starts
- Send us your café’s Instagram on WhatsApp, or through the audit form. Within 48 hours you get three fixes back, with a short screen recording and a one-page 30-day plan, free and yours to keep.
- Meet us first, if you like. We come to your café, within an hour of Phagwara, for a chai before anything is paid.
- One page and an invoice. Prices are confirmed in writing before anything starts.
- Week one: the shoot. Then the month’s plan, on WhatsApp, for your yes. On Film, the first reels reach you the Monday after.
- Last Friday: the report, on Launch: what we made and posted, and the calls, direction requests and messages your own Instagram and Google dashboards show.
Other ways to do it, and what to ask
Doing it yourself costs hours rather than money, and it works while someone has those hours. If you pay someone, the price depends mostly on whether anyone comes to shoot at your café.
On 4 October 2026 we read the public prices of studios within about an hour of Phagwara. Most publish none. One Jalandhar studio lists monthly social media plans from ₹5,000; its ₹6,000 and ₹10,000 plans carry one to three reels, with no shoot; another says digital marketing in Jalandhar runs ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 a month. We don’t name them, and their prices may have changed since.
Whoever you talk to, ask the same five questions, and get the answers in writing:
- Will you shoot at my café, and how often?
- How many reels, posts and photos a month?
- Whose name are the account, the files and the ad account in?
- Is there a lock-in, and what does stopping look like?
- Is GST on top of the price?
