Is this spam?

No — and the rules that make it not-spam are the service. We only message your own past customers, in your name, from your own WhatsApp Business number. The first and last message always carry an easy opt-out, anyone who says stop is removed instantly and logged, and we send small daily volumes in business hours only. We never touch bought or scraped lists — if someone offers us one, we refuse the work.

What do we have to do on our side?

Three things: export your customer contacts (your billing app or appointment book usually does this in a minute), approve one welcome-back offer you’re happy to honour at the counter, and give us permission to work inside your WhatsApp Business account for the campaign window — we log out when it ends. Most owners spend well under an hour in total.

What does Revive cost?

Campaigns are one-off and priced by list size: ₹8,000 up to 300 contacts, ₹15,000 up to 1,000, ₹25,000 up to 2,500. Monthly Care plans — a recall campaign every month plus review asks and missed-enquiry follow-up — run ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 a month. What results should we expect?

We won’t promise you a number — anyone who does is guessing with your money.
