Part one · The signboard — how the street finds you

Search your own name on Google. Does the right place come up first — with today’s hours?
Does your Instagram bio say what you sell and where — or just a slogan?
Is the pinned post something a first-timer needs: menu, booking, directions?
Same name, same logo, same phone number everywhere — Google, Instagram, the door?
If someone searched “your cuisine near me” tonight, would you appear at all?

Part two · The studio — what people see

Are your photos from this year — or from opening week?
Does the food in the photos look like the food on the pass?
Is there at least one photo with people in it — a room that looks alive?
Are your photos and reels shot upright? Your customers hold their phones that way.
Could you post three times next week without shooting anything new?

Part three · The map — getting found & trusted

Are reviews answered within the week — including the bad ones, politely?
Is your rating trending up over the last 90 days, or quietly sinking?
Does your Google profile show the current menu — as a page, not a 4 MB PDF?
Are the photos on your Google profile yours — or only customers’ blurry ones?
Do your listed hours match reality, including holidays?
Have you posted an update or offer on the Google profile itself this month?

Part four · The front desk — from click to table

On a phone, can someone book a table or order in under three taps?
Does your phone number click to call — or do they have to memorise it?
Is there one clear reason to act today — or just “welcome to our website”?
Does the site load before a hungry person gives up? Four seconds, on mobile data.
After someone books or messages — what happens? A confirmation, or silence?

Nobody’s watching your score but you — that’s rather the point. Tap honestly.
