These terms cover purchases from GrowMint Labs, the productized arm of GrowMint Media ("we", "us"): the Landing Page Sprint, the SEO Content Sprint, and the Funded-Look Website Kit. Buying any of them means you agree to these terms. Studio retainers on the main site are covered by their own simple agreement, shared before you pay.
What you're buying
- Landing Page Sprint: one conversion-focused landing page (up to ~8 sections), delivered as described on the Sprint page for the tier you choose. The 48-hour clock starts when we've received your completed brief and assets, not at payment.
- SEO Content Sprint: the monthly article volume, keyword plan, on-page SEO and reporting described on the engine page for your tier. Delivered in Google Docs unless CMS publishing is added.
- Funded-Look Website Kit: a digital product (Notion system, templates, checklist, prompts), delivered instantly via Gumroad, including future updates to the Kit.
Scope is deliberately fixed — that's what makes flat pricing possible. Anything outside the listed scope is a priced add-on, agreed before work starts. No surprise invoices, ever.
Refunds, in plain words
- Landing Page Sprint: if the first draft misses the brief you gave us, you get a full refund. Otherwise your tier's revision round applies.
- SEO Content Sprint: if month one's articles miss the plan we agreed together, month one is free. Cancel any month with notice before the next cycle; no lock-in.
- The Kit: 14 days, no questions — email us and we refund it.
You own everything
On full payment, every deliverable is yours: files, copy, pages, articles, and any account we set up for the work is created in your name from day one. We keep the right to describe the work (anonymised unless you approve naming) and to reuse our own generic tooling and know-how — never your content or data.
What we need from you
Timely briefs, assets you have the rights to use, and prompt review. Delivery clocks pause while we wait on you. You confirm anything you send us (logos, photos, claims about your business) is accurate and yours to use.
Honest limits
We bring senior judgment and we work hard, but nobody can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue — anyone who does is selling you something else. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the work in question. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers) changing their rules.
Payments & taxes
Sprints and the Kit are billed via Gumroad or Razorpay at the price shown, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled.
The boring-but-necessary bits
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Punjab have jurisdiction. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date always tells you when. This page is a good-faith plain-language agreement, not legal advice for your business.
